Examinations at BMSOS are conducted twice a year, typically in April-May and October-November, at designated examination centers. Notifications regarding the exam schedule will be released according to the prescribed date sheet.

Students have the option to take their examinations either online or at specific Examination Centers, which may include Accredited Institutions.

• Admissions are available throughout the year, allowing students to enroll either online (24/7) or at designated Study or Admission Centres. Students who enroll by the end of August may take their first examination in April-May, while those who enroll by the end of February can sit for their first exam in October-November.
• The admission period is valid for five years, during which learners have nine opportunities to appear for the examination and earn their Secondary or Senior Secondary certificate.
• BMSOS follows a Credit Accumulation System, where credits or marks from each passed subject are recorded and accumulated until all subjects meeting the Pass Criteria are successfully completed.
